Community Giving

This simple phrase allows us  to give a significant financial boost to selected organizations in Sisters, Oregon, four times a year, no strings attached.

Joining is simple! All that is needed is a commitment to write four $100 checks a year made out to the qualified recipient organization chosen by majority vote of the members at their quarterly meetings. There are no membership dues. Any member may nominate an organization for consideration, and every member is encouraged to attend the quarterly meetings.

Whether you attend or not, and even if your favorite organization does not receive the majority vote, every member is committed to bring or send her check by proxy to each quarterly meeting and make it out to the organization selected.

Meetings in 2024 will be at noon  on Thursday, June27, Thursday, Sept. 26 and Thursday, Nov. 21 in Sisters at The Lodge adult residential facility.
